Bylaw 661, Part 9 Section 42
As we move into Fall, followed by winter and snow, this is a notice of all property
owners and/or RV owners in the Village of Lomond that there are new guidelines for
the parking of RV's over the winter months.
This regulation is to provide the Village of Lomond Public Works access to remove snow
from the streets and sidewalks when necessary.
As per Bylaw 661 Community Standard Bylaw Part 9 Section 42
"The Village of Lomond enforces, in alignment with provincial legislation as permitted in
whole, or in part, enacts the following measures to ensure traƯic safety and parking
accessibility;
Parked RV's cannot remain parked on public streets
between October 31, and May 31st"

Bylaw 661, Part 4 Section 17
Winter Sidewalk Maintenance Guidelines
As per Bylaw 661 - Community Standard Bylaw Part 4 Section 17 (1e)
"The owner, lessee, tenant or agent of the owner is required to remove and clear away all
snow and ice from the sidewalks situated on land adjoining the property owned or
occupied by them, after snowfall ended."
