Utility Rates Bylaw
The Council of the Town of Mundare properly assembled enacts as follows:
Part 1-Title
1. This bylaw is known as "Utility Rates Bylaw"
Part 2-Water Rates
2.1 The water rate charges/fees are:
All rates are per month.
Base rate:
Single residential and commercial

3.1 The wastewater collection charges/fees are:

Part 4-Penalties
4.1 Utility Penalties
Any utility bill amount outstanding after the date fixed for
payment shall incur a penalty of

4.2 The penalties for non-compliance of the utility bylaw are:

5.1 The water and sewer rates are effective as of February 1, 2026.
5.2 The Truck fill rates are effective as of February 1, 2026.
Part 6-Repeal
6.1 Bylaw 957/25 as amended is repealed as of February 1, 2026.
