Billing to customers that are connected to the water system shall be a combination of the three
charges (Billing, Capacity, and Commodity) as noted above.

Fire hydrant fees are for instances where no user agreement with the MD exists.
Water connection fees includes application fee, one inspection, and curb stop activation. It does
not include Canmore connection fees, if applicable.
