NORTHERN SUNRISE Ke} COUNTY BYLAW NO. B478/26 FEES AND CHARGES BYLAW BEING A BYLAW OF NORTHERN SUNRISE COUNTY IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FOR THE SETTING OF FEES AND CHARGES WHEREAS Section 7 of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000 c. M-26 provides that a Council may pass bylaws respecting services provided by or on behalf of the municipality; AND WHEREAS Council deems it appropriate to impose the fees and charges as outlined in “Schedule A” of this Bylaw, which forms part of this Bylaw; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of Northern Sunrise County, duly assembled, hereby enacts as follows: PURPOSE AND CITATION The purpose of this Bylaw is to impose fees and charges for various services provided by Northern Sunrise County. This Bylaw may be cited as the “Fees and Charges Bylaw”. OPERATIVE CLAUSE Northern Sunrise County imposes fees and charges in accordance with “Schedule A” of this Bylaw. Any amendments to these fees and charges may be done only by Bylaw. SEVERABILITY PROVISION Should any provision of this Bylaw be invalid then such invalid provision shall be severed and the remaining Bylaw shall be maintained. REPEAL This Bylaw repeals Bylaw B441/24 and any amendments thereto made by Council resolution. EFFECTIVE DATE This Bylaw shall come into force and effect when it receives third reading and is duly signed. Read a first time this 13" day of January, 2026.
