and - "G" means the amount expressed in milligrams per litre by which the grease content of the sewage tested exceeds one hundred milligrams per litre - For the purpose of establishing the surcharge on a bi-monthly basis the rate established above (R) is to be multiplied by the number of cubic metres of water consumed for the billing period on the commercial or industrial premises determined on the same basis as that used in setting the sanitary service charge. 2.4 Storm Sewer: E 2.4.1 Storm sewer fixed rate - all flat sanitary accounts 19.25 Billing period E 2.5 Waste Solutions: 2.5.1 Residential Dwellings (up to six dwelling units): Bylaw 09-26 Schedule 'A' Page 39 of 39 SERVICE DESCRIPTION 2026 FEE UNIT OF MEASURE GST a) Garbage (240L) 13.50 Per cart/billing period b) Organics (120L) -no longer available 18.00 Per cart/billing period E c) Organics (240L) 21.00 Per cart/billing period E d) Recycling (240L) 0.00 Per cart/billing period E e) Recycling (360L) 0.00 Per cart/billing period E f) Eco Centre 8.25 Per unit/billing period E g) Bag - unit of waste 5.00 Per bag E 2.5.2 Institutional, Commercial, Industrial (ICI): (includes multi-family property with more than six dwelling units) a) ICI- Garbage (240L) 40.00 Per cart/billing period E b) ICI - Organics (240L) 34.25 Per cart/billing period E c) ICI Eco Centre 8.25 Per unit/billing period E 2.5.3 Replacement Carts: a) Replacement (240L) 110.00 Per occurrence E b) Service charge (for change in service) 25.00 Per cart/occurrence E
