Up to 10 Urban Hen Licences town-wide, each allowing up to 5 hens (15 on Public-zoned land) in a residential coop of 9.2m2 or less and up to 2m tall; roosters, selling hen products, and slaughtering on-site are prohibited; 50%+ of contiguous neighbours must not object for a licence to issue.
