## By-law #44
A by-law enacted to control keeping of bees within the Summer Village of Ross Haven.
under the authority and subject to the provisions of chapter 15 of the Bee Act 1972, the Council for the Summer Village of Ross Haven enacts as follows:
That the keeping of bees or any related fixture or equipment is hereby unlawful within the boundaries of the sumer village.
