## THE SUMMER VILLAGE OF SEBA BEACH IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
## BY-LAW NO. 2-2002
BEING A BYLAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 374 OF THE SUMMER VILLAGE OF SEBA BEACH RELATING TO THE LICENSING AND REGULATION OF CERTAIN BUSINESSES, OCCUPATION AND PROPERTY
WHEREAS the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Revised Statutes thereof, and may license any and or all such businesses or industries whether or not the
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Summer Village of Seba Beach, duly assembled, enacts the following amendments:
- 1) That clauses 34 (a) under the heading of "License Fees", is hereby amended to read as follows:
- a) The business license fee for a Hawker or Pedlar shall be $ 150.00 per day per site
- b) The penalty for failure to obtain a license shall be a fine of $ 250.00 per day per site
- c) Hawkers and Pedlars must be located on property zoned "Commercial" or in such other location(s) as approved by Council
This By-law shall come into force and have effect from and after the date of third reading thereof.
