In accordance with section 648 of the *Municipal Government Act*, notice is hereby given of **Sturgeon County Council's intent of passing Bylaw 1708/26, which would repeal Bylaw 1259/11**, the Sierra Ridge and Riverside Springs Development Area Off-Site Levy Bylaw.
