standards	Prohibits nuisance or unsightly conditions showing serious disregard for maintenance, including excessive accumulation, litter, unkempt grass, odors, or significant deterioration of buildings.	s. 5.2, s. 5.3
enforcement	Order to remedy. Village may undertake work at owner's expense; costs become a lien against the land collected like taxes.	s. 17.2, s. 18.1
