FEES AND CHARGES BYLAW NO. 819 THE CORPORATION OF THE VILLAGE OF ALERT BAY BYLAW TO AUTHORIZE CHARGING FEES FOR VARIOUS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES WHEREAS, the Council of the Corporation of the Village of Alert Bay considers it desirable and expedient to authorize the charging of fees for various municipal services, rentals and sales. 1. The fees set for Administrative Services shall be as set in Schedule A attached to and forming part of this bylaw; 2. The fees set for Animal Control shall be as set in Schedule B attached to and forming part of this bylaw; 3. The fees set for Boat Harbour shall be as set in Schedule C attached to and forming part of this bylaw; 4. The fees set for Business License shall be set in Schedule D attached to and forming part of this bylaw; 5. The fees set for Campground shall be set in Schedule E attached to and forming part of this bylaw; 6. The fees set for Community Hall shall be set in Schedule F attached to and forming part of this bylaw; 7. The fees set for Water shall be set in Schedule G attached to and forming part of this bylaw; 8. The fees set for Sewer shall be set in Schedule H attached to and forming part of this bylaw; 9. The fees set for Solid Waste and Recycling shall be set in Schedule I attached to and forming part of this bylaw; 10. The fees set for Municipal Services shall be as set in Schedule J attached to and forming part of this bylaw; WHEREAS, the Council of the Corporation of the Village of Alert Bay replaces all previously set fees and charges as established by bylaw by adopting this “THE CORPORATION OF THE VILLAGE OF ALERT BAY FEES AND CHARGES BYLAW NO. 819”. If two or more Tents or RV’s share a site, charges will be based on the number of Tents and RV’s and not per site *Monthly and Longer terms for the Campground must be approved by Council with a completed application prior to rental. Failure to pay monthly camping fees may result in RV being towed at owner’s expense.
