Weekly Village collection in the Full Service Area: up to two 240 L carts per dwelling (s.21-22); carts out not before 5:00 a.m. on collection day (s.24); waste must be bagged (s.19); locked lids unlocked by 7:00 a.m. (s.32); hazardous, yard waste, cardboard and bulky items not collected (s.38, 41). Sched A: $117 per cart per year from 2015; 10%
