Page 1 of 2 Bowen Island Municipality Fees and Charges Bylaw No.651, 2024, Amendment Bylaw No. 698, 2025 Bowen Island Municipality Bylaw No.698, 2025 A Bylaw to amend Bowen Island Municipality Fees and Charges Bylaw No.651, 2024 WHEREAS, "Bowen Island Municipality Fees and Charges Bylaw No.651, 2024" specifies fees and charges for services and information in Schedules attached to and forming part of the bylaw; AND WHEREAS, Council wishes to amend "Bowen Island Municipality Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw No. 196, 2008" to include provisions for the enforcement of the "Bowen Island Municipality Water Conservation Bylaw No. 695, 2025." THEREFORE, the Council of Bowen Island Municipality, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Bowen Island Municipality Fees and Charges Bylaw No.651, 2024, Amendment Bylaw No. 698, 2025". 2. "Bowen Island Municipality Fees and Charges Bylaw No.651, 2024" is amended by: 1. Adding the following Schedule: Schedule C - Bowen Island Municipality Water Conservation Bylaw No. 695, 2025 READ A FIRST TIME this 23rd day of February, 2026; READ A SECOND TIME 23rd day of February, 2026; READ A THIRD TIME this 23rd day of February, 2026; RECONSIDERED AND FINALLY ADOPTED this 9th day of March, 2026.
