Page 1 of 2 Bowen Island Municipality Fees and Charges Bylaw No.651, 2024, Amendment Bylaw No. 727, 2026 Bowen Island Municipality Bylaw No. 727, 2026 A Bylaw to amend Bowen Island Municipality Fees and Charges Bylaw No.651, 2024 WHEREAS, "Bowen Island Municipality Fees and Charges Bylaw No.651, 2024" specifies fees and charges for services and information in Schedules attached to and forming part of the bylaw; AND WHEREAS, Council wishes to add a new schedule to set out fees payable for financial services; THEREFORE, the Council of Bowen Island Municipality, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Bowen Island Municipality Fees and Charges Bylaw No.651, 2024, Amendment Bylaw No. 727, 2026". 2. "Bowen Island Municipality Fees and Charges Bylaw No.651, 2024" is amended by: 1. Adding the following Schedule: Schedule "E" - Bowen Island Municipality Financial Services Fess READ A FIRST TIME this 27th day of July, 2026; READ A SECOND TIME this 27th day of July, 2026; READ A THIRD TIME this 27th day of July, 2026; RECONSIDERED AND FINALLY ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2026.
