BOWEN ISLAND MUNICIPALITY Waste Collection, Removal, and Disposal Regulations Amendment Bylaw No. 387, 2015 BOWEN ISLAND MUNICIPALITY WASTE COLLECTION, REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL REGULATIONS AMENDMENT BYLAW NO. 387, 2015 A bylaw to amend the decal rates for waste collection, removal, and disposal for 2015 WHEREAS the Regional Board of the Greater Vancouver Regional District has adopted Electoral Area C Waste Collection, Removal, and Disposal Regulations Bylaw No. 729, 1992 to provide for the operation and control of a system of collection, removal and disposal of waste, and the setting of rates for the collection of waste; AND WHEREAS the Council of Bowen Island Municipality deems it advisable to amend the rates charged for waste collection, removal, and disposal; NOW THEREFORE the Council of Bowen Island Municipality, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Greater Vancouver Regional District Electoral Area C Waste Collection, Removal, and Disposal Regulations Bylaw No. 729, 1992, as amended by Greater Vancouver Regional District Electoral Area C Waste Collection, Removal, and Disposal Regulations Bylaw No. 927, 1999; and further amended by Bowen Island Municipality Waste Collection, Removal, and Disposal Regulations Amendment Bylaw No. 109, 2004, is hereby amended by deleting Schedule "A" entitled "Rates for Collection of Waste" and substituting therefore the attached Schedule "A" entitled "Rates for Collection, Removal and Disposal of Waste". 2. That Schedule "A - Rates for Collection of Waste" attached hereto shall be an integral part of this bylaw. 3. This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Bowen Island Municipality Waste Collection, Removal, and Disposal Regulations Bylaw No. 109, 2004 Amendment Bylaw No. 387, 2015".
