Subject to the following conditions:
1.
That an adult person be responsible for the fire and be in attendance until the fire is completely
extinguished.
2.
A means of controlling the fire is on-site i.e. a charged garden hose, appropriate size of fire
extinguisher.
3.
Wood used for the fire must be seasoned.
4.
This permit obtained is valid only for the date(s) specified on the permit.
5.
Permits obtained for fire must be kept on the site.
6.
Excessive complaints from the public will result in termination of this permit.
7.
Prior to starting the fire, the Burnaby Fire Department must be advised. Please call Dispatch at
294-7190
These are the conditions required by the Burnaby Fire Department for the permit to remain valid, as issued
by the Fire Chief.

of the Burnaby Fire Services Bylaw and all other Acts, Regulations and Bylaws in force in the City of Burnaby and to indemnify
and save harmless the City of Burnaby against all claims, liabilities, judgements, costs and expenses which may accrue against the
City in consequence of and incidental to the granting of this permit.
