## THE CORPORATION OF THE VILLAGE OF BURNS LAKE
## AMENDMENT BYLAW NO. 900, 2009
A bylaw to amend the "Corporation of the Village of Burns Lake Water Rates, Connections & Regulations By-Law #672, 1993".
1. AMENDMENTS
That the "Corporation of the Village of Burns Lake Water Rates, Connections &
Section 2, a) shall read as:
a)
Application in the form of Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of this by-law for the Installation and connection of a water service to any parcel of land shall be delivered to the Village and shall be signed by the owner of the property or his duly authorized agent, signing as such, and shall be accompanied by the required connection charge as established by the current Village of Burns Lake Fees and Charges Bylaw.
Section 5, c) shall read as:

Bylaw and the consumer is liable for the appropriate rate.
The Village shall classify each consumer in accordance with the categories set out in the current Village of Burns Lake Fees and Charges Section 6, a) shall read as:
c)
No person shall destroy, injure or tamper with any hydrant or other fixture of the waterworks, and no person shall in any manner interfere or meddle with the water connection or works in any street, or make any additions or alterations to the water system or any connection, or turn on or off any corporation stop-cock, service valve or gate valve or use any water therefrom without express authority of the Village of Burns Lake or
authorized personnel.
d) Schedule "B" shall be removed.
e) Schedule "D" shall be removed.
## 2. CITATION
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Corporation of the Village of Burns Lake Water Rates, Connections & Regulations By-Law #672, 1993, Amendment Bylaw #900, 2009".
READ A FIRST TIME this 10" day of March, 2009.
READ A SECOND TIME this 10t day of March, 2009.
READ A THIRD TIME this 10th day of March, 2009.
ADOPTED this 24t* day of March, 2009.
