THE CORPORATION OF THE VILLAGE OF CUMBERLAND
BYLAW NO. 1250
A bylaw to amend the Sewer Rates Bylaw.
The Council of the Corporation of the Village of Cumberland, in open meeting assembled,
enacts as follows:
1.
This bylaw may be cited as 'Sanitary Sewer Rates Amendment Bylaw No. 1250, 2025.'
2.
"Corporation of the Village of Cumberland Sanitary Sewer Rates Bylaw No. 862, 2007",
as amended, is amended by repealing Schedule "A" to the Bylaw in its entirety and
substituting Schedule "A" to this Bylaw.
