BYLAWNO. 8527
A bylaw to amend "Delta Development Cost Charges Bylaw No. 7560, 2017"
WHEREAS City of Delta has adopted "Delta Development Cost Charges Bylaw
No. 7560, 2017; and
WHEREAS
In accordance
with "Development
Cost
Charge
Amendment
Bylaw
Approval Exemption Regulation, EC
Reg. 130/2010" the City of Delta may update
its Development
Cost Charges
bylaw annually by the local inflationary rate without
the approval requirement in Section 560 of the Local Government Act;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of City of Delta in open meeting assembled,
ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1) Schedule A of "Development Cost Charges Bylaw No. 7560, 2017" be deleted and
replaced with Schedule A attached to and forming part of this amendment bylaw
2) This Bylaw is cited as
"Development
Cost
Charges
Bylaw
No. 7560,
2017 Amendment
Bylaw No. 8527, 2025" and is effective January
1, 2026.
