BYLAWNO. 8548
A Bylaw to amend the "Delta Consolidated Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 8386, 2024"
The Council of the City of Delta in open meeting
assembled,
ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:

This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Delta Consolidated
Fees
and
Charges
Amendment
Bylaw No. 8548, 2025" (P22-07).
hereby further amended as follows:
(a)
by reducing the Heritage Conservation Levy from 5% to 2%; and
"Delta Consolidated Fees and Charges
Bylaw No. 8515, 2025", as amended,
is
(b)
by removing the Heritage Conservation Levy from building permits required
for non-market and purpose-built rental housing.
