THE CORPORATION OF DELTA
BYLAW NO. 7154
A Bylaw to amend the "Delta Zoning Bylaw No. 2750, 1977"
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of Delta in open meeting assembled,
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1.
This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Delta Zoning Bylaw No. 2750,
1977 Amendment (Free of Charge Parking in Public Use Zones and
Park-and-Rides P12-14) Bylaw No. 7154, 2012".

"Delta Zoning Bylaw No. 2750, 1977" as amended, is hereby further amended by
inserting the following after Subsection (i) under Section 901.1 Off-Street Parking
General Requirements in Part IX Off-Street Parking Regulations:
"j)
All parking spaces provided on lands zoned P Public Use,
P1-B Community Service, and PR-1 Public Parks and Recreation
must be provided free of charge.
k)
All parking spaces provided at a park-and-ride facility must be
provided free of charge."
