Requires a building permit as a condition precedent to building in Fort St. James; regulates construction, siting and inspections. Building permit fees are fixed in Schedule "A" to the bylaw itself, based on estimated construction value, with a $50 minimum fee. Last amended 2024 for ground snow load and energy conservation.
