DISTRICT OF FORT ST. JAMES WATER RATES BYLAW NO. 1096, 2025 A Bylaw to amend “District of Fort St. James Water Connection and Regulation Bylaw No. 808, 2024" to impose new Water Rates for 2026 to 2029. The Council of the District of Fort St. James in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Water Rates Bylaw No. 1096, 2025”. 2. That “District of Fort St. James Water Connection and Regulation Bylaw No. 808, 2004” is amended as follows: 2.1 That Schedule “C” —- Water System User Rates 2021 - 2025 is deleted and replaced with Schedule “C” — Water System User Rates 2026 - 2029 attached to and forming part of this bylaw.
