DISTRICT OF FORT ST. JAMES SEWER RATES BYLAW NO. 1097, 2025 A Bylaw to amend “District of Fort St. James Sewer Connection and Regulation Bylaw No. 835, 2006” to impose new Sewer Rates for 2026 to 2029, The Council of the District of Fort St. James in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Sewer Rates Bylaw No. 1097, 2025”. 2. That “District of Fort St. James Sewer Connection and Regulation Bylaw No. 835, 2006” is amended as follows: 2.1 That Schedule “H” - Sewer System User Rates 2021 - 2025 is deleted and replaced with Schedule “H” - Sewer System User Rates 2026 - 2029 attached to and forming part of this bylaw.
