SHORT-TERM RENTALS GUIDE
Short-Term Rentals are now permitted within the District of Hope.
There are two types of short-term rentals defined in the Zoning Bylaw:

Renting out one or more bedrooms within your principal dwelling.
This replaces the former Bed & Breakfast use.
If you already hold a Bed & Breakfast business licence, you're still good to go.
2. Dwelling Unit:
Renting out your entire dwelling to short-term visitors.
This is a new use permitted by the Zoning Bylaw.
