In the Village of Lions Bay, British Columbia, smoking & vaping rules are set by Parks Regulations Bylaw No. 448, 2012 (office consolidation), verified 2026-10-15. Fines: not exceeding $10,000 and not less than $2,000. Where prohibited: Any park or trailway; any park or community facility when Fire Chief posts a no-smoking order.
