Page 1 of 1 COUNCIL POLICY SUBJECT: SMOKING BAN - MUNICIPAL FACILITIES DATE: APRIL 17, 1990 REFERENCE: 90/CW That effective July 1, 1990 smoking be banned in all municipal buildings and facilities as well as prohibited in municipal vehicles where nonsmokers are present and object to the secondary smoke.
