THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SPALLUMCHEEN BYLAW NO. 2178 A Bylaw to Amend the Township of Spallumcheen Highway and Traffic Regulation Bylaw 2085, 2022 WHEREAS the Township of Spallumcheen Council has adopted "Township of Spallumcheen Highway and Traffic Regulation Bylaw 2085, 2022"; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Township of Spallumcheen, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. This bylaw is cited as the "Township of Spallumcheen Highway and Traffic Regulation Amendment Bylaw No. 2178, 2025". 2. "Township of Spallumcheen Highway and Traffic Regulation Bylaw 2085, 2022 is hereby amended by: - Deleting section 14.7(b) in its entirety. No Overload Use Permit may be issued for longer than one month and no more than three Overload Use Permits may be issued in respect of the same vehicle within one calendar year. - Replacing section 14.7(b) with: An oversize permit may be issued for a duration of up to one (1) year per vehicle, subject to the conditions and limitations established by the permitting authority.
