DISTRICT OF STEWART BYLAW NO. 977, 2020 A Bylaw to amend The District of Stewart Fees and Charges Amending Bylaw 949, 2019 WHEREAS the Council of the District of Stewart has adopted The District of Stewart Fees and Charges Amending Bylaw 949, 2019; and WHEREAS the Council wishes to amend the The District of Stewart Fees and Charges Amending Bylaw to provide for the payment of fees in respect to airport user fees; NOW THEREFORE the Council for the District of Stewart, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. This Bylaw may be cited as "District of Stewart Fees and Charges Amendment Bylaw No. 977, 2020". 2. "The District of Stewart Fees and Charges Amending Bylaw 949, 2019" is amended by inserting Schedule C attached hereto and forming part of this bylaw.
