DISTRICT OF TUMBLER RIDGE
BYLAW NO. 731, 2023
"A Bylaw to Amend "District of Tumbler Ridge Fees and Charges for Services and
Information Bylaw No. 623, 2017"
WHEREAS Council is desirous of making an amendment to the District of Tumbler Ridge Fees and Charges
for Services and Information Bylaw No. 623, 2017 pursuant to the Community Charter, Section 194 (1).
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the District of Tumbler Ridge, in open meeting assembled, enacts as
follows:
Bylaw No. 623, 2017 is hereby amended as:
1 . Include Schedule "I", Water Rate User Fees.
2. Include Schedule "J", Sewer Rate User Fees.
3. The balance of Bylaw No. 623, 2017 cited as "District ofTumbler Ridge Fees and Charges for Services and
Information Bylaw No. 623, 2017' not amended by this Bylaw shall remain in full force and effect.
4. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as 'District of Tumbler Ridge Fees and Charges Amendment
Bylaw No. 731, 2023".
5. The District of Tumbler Ridge Bylaw No. 615, 2014- Water Rates and the District of Tumbler Ridge Bylaw
No. 616, 2014-Sewer Rates are hereby repealed.
