BYLAW 1273, 2024
A BYLAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE CHARGING OF FEES FOR THE
PROVISION OF DOCUMENTS TO REALTORS
The Council of the District of Vanderhoof in open meeting assembled enacts as follows:
1. This bylaw shall be cited as "Realtor Document Fees Bylaw 1273, 2024".
2. Each document request from a Realtor shall cost $25.00 exclusive of taxes.
READ A FIRST TIME this 12th day of August 2024.
READ A SECOND TIME this 12th day of August 2024.
READ A THIRD TIME this 12th day of August 2024.
ADOPTED this 9th day of September 2024.
