THE CORPORATION OF THE VILLAGE OF WARFIELD BYLAW NO. 986 A BYLAW TO AMEND WARFIELD POOL - CONDITIONS OF USE AND USER FEE BYLAW NO. 966,2025 WHEREAS Section 194 of the Community Charter, SBC 2003, c. 26 authorizes Council to impose fees for the use of municipal property and services; and WHEREAS Section 12 of the Community Charter authorizes Council to establish terms, conditions, and variations respecting such fees; and WHEREAS the Council of the Village ofWarfield deems it necessary to revise pool user fees for the 2026 pool season; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Village ofWarfield, in open meeting assembled, hereby ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Citation 1.1 This Bylaw may be cited as the "Warfield Pool User Fee Amendment Bylaw No. 986, 2026". 2. Amendment 2.1 Schedule "A" [Fees) ofWarfield Pool - Conditions of Use and User Fee Bylaw No. 966, 2025 is hereby repealed and replaced with the new Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of this Bylaw. 3. Severability 3.1 If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this Bylaw is for any reason held to be invalid by the decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalid portion shall be severed and the part that is invalid shall not affect the validity of the remainder. 4. Enactment 4.1 This Bylaw shall come into full force and effect upon final adoption. Punch Passes (10 Admissions) - Child [Age 3-12)-$35.00 - Youth (Age 13-18) - $45.00 - Adults [19-59)-$60.00 - Seniors C60+] - $45.00 - Family-$145.00 3. Season Passes - Youth (Age 3-18) - $80.00 - Adults (19-59)-$100.00 - Seniors (60+) - $90.00 - Family-$220.00 4. Space Rental Fees - Pool rental, per hour-$185.00 - Lane rental, per hour (up to 3 people) - $15.00 - Lane rental, per hour per person in excess of 3 - $2.50 5. Christmas Special Fees - Season Passes (December only) - Youth (Age 3-18)-$60.00 - Family-$185.00
