standards	Premises that are in non-compliance with Sections 3, 4, 5, 7 and 12 of Schedule "A". Any boarded building is also deemed to be unsightly.	Part I, s. 2
enforcement	Order to Maintain issued. Municipality may correct at owner's cost added to taxes. Fines up to Five Hundred ($500) Dollars. Title may transfer to Town.	Part III, s. 7(a), 14, 16(a); Part IV, s. 29; Schedule "C"
