e TOWN OF LYNN LAKE BY-LAW NO. 1428-2023 BEING A BY-LAW OF THE TOWN OF LYNN LAKE TO REVISE AND UPDATE THE FEES PAYABLE TO THE TOWN OF LYNN LAKE FOR MUNICIPAL SERVICES RENDERED UNDE R THE AUTHORITY OF THE MUNICIPAL ACT, THE PLANNING ACT AND THE BY-LAWS OF THE TOWN WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Lynn Lake deem it advisable to include in one by-law the fees and charges payable to the Town for certain services rendered by officers and employees of the Town; NOW THEREFORE BEIT RESOLVED that the Council of the Town of Lynn Lake, in open session, assembled hereby enacts as a by-law as follows: 1. THAT the fees and charges payable to the Town of Lynn Lake for services rendered by officers and employees of the Town shall be set out in the following schedules attached hereto, Schedules "A" to "G" Fees and Charges; 2. THAT Council reviews the Fees By-Law yearly and may from time to time, by resolution, amend Schedules "A" to "G" attached to this by-law; 3. THAT the fees and charges set out in the Schedules attached to this by-law shall @ take precedence over any other by-law; 4. THAT this by-law shall be known as the FEES AND CHARGES BY-LAW; 5. THAT where appuca any unpaid fees and one owed tothe Town by any taxpayer including penalties related thereto as well as any fines imposed on the taxpayer by the court for contravention of the Town By-Laws may be added to the taxes of the said taxpayer and may be collected or enforced in the same manner as a tax as defined by the Municipal Act in Sections 250(2)(b)(c)(e) and 252(1)(2); 6. THAT By-Law No. 1415-2021 be rescinded.
