BEING A BY-LAW OF THE VILLAGE OF McCREARY TO AMEND THE VILLAGE OF McCREARY ZONING BY-LAW NO. 06/2004, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, Section 80(1) of The Planning Act gives the Council of a municipality the power to amend an adopted Zoning By-Law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Village of McCreary in meeting duly assembled, enacts as follows:
- To amend the Residential Use Table list of permitted or conditional uses.
-That Table 6-1: Residential Use Table attached to and being part of the Village of McCreary Zoning By-law No.06/2004 is hereby amended in order that:
PART 6: Residential General and Residential General Mixed Zones
SECTION 6.1: Permitted and Conditional Uses
TABLE 6-1: Residential Use Table attached hereto as Schedule "A," and forming part of this By-Law, be re-zoned:
FROM: Mobile Homes - Use is Prohibited "RG" Residential General Zone
Modular Homes - Use is Prohibited "RG" Residential General Zone
TO:Mobile Homes - Permitted Use "RG" Residential General Zone
Modular Homes - Permitted Use "RG" Residential General Zone
DONE AND PASSED as a By-Law of the Village of McCreary in the Province of Manitoba this 2nd day of May, 2024.
