BEING A BY-LAW OF THE VILLAGE OF McCREARY TO AMEND THE VILLAGE OF McCREARY ZONING BY-LAW NO. 06/2004, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, Section 80(1) of The Planning Act gives the Council of a municipality the power to amend an adopted Zoning By-Law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Village of McCreary in meeting duly assembled, enacts as follows:
- To amend the Commercial and Industrial Use Table list of permitted or conditional Residential Uses.
-That Table 7-1: Commercial and Industrial Use Table attached to and being part of the Village of McCreary Zoning By-law No.06/2004 is hereby amended in order that:
PART 7: Commercial and Industrial Zone
SECTION 7.1: Permitted and Conditional Uses
TABLE 7-1: Commercial and Industrial Use Table attached hereto as Schedule "A," and forming part of this By-Law, be re-zoned:
FROM: Multiple-Family Dwellings or Senior Citizen Homes - Use is
Conditional in "CC" Commercial Central Zone
TO:Two-Family Dwellings and Multiple-Family Dwellings - Use is Permitted in "CC" Commercial Central Zone
DONE AND PASSED as a By-Law of the Village of McCreary in the Province of Manitoba this 24th day of January 2025.
