## DEVELOPMENT PLAN BY-LAW
## BEING A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MCCREARY TO REGULATE THE USE AND DEVELOPMENT OF LAND WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MCCREARY
WHEREAS 40(2) of The Planning det, being C.C.S.M. c. P8O of the Statutes of Nanitoba, directs the council of a municipality to prepare a development plan for the municipality:
AND WHEREAS Section 45 of The Planning Act requires a council to adopt a development plan:
AND WHEREAS pursuant to the provision of Section 51 of The Planning Act, the Minister of Municipal and Northern Relations approved the Municipality of McCreary's Development Plan By-Law No. 04-2026 on the 18th day of Auqust\_ 2026;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Municipality of McCreary in meeting duly assembled. cnacts as follows:
1. The Development Plan, attached hereto and forning part of the By-Lat as Schedule "A", is hereby adopted, and known as the Municipality of McCreary's Declopment Plan By Law No. 04-2026.
2. This Development Plan shall take force and effect on the date of third reading of this ByLaw.
3. The Agassiz Planning District Development Plan By-Law No. 2004-02 and all amendments thercto are hereby rescinded.
DONE AND PASSED as a By-Law of the Municipality of McCreary in the Province of Maniloba 18th day of August. A.D. 2026.
