NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OF RUSSELL BINSCARTH
WATER AND WASTEWATER UTILITY
The Municipality of Russell-Binscarth had applied to the Public Utilities Board (PUB) for approval of revised water
and wastewater rates for the Russell-Binscarth Utility. The proposed rates were outlined in By-law No. 100-04-24,
which received first reading on November 12, 2024.
Following its review, the Public Utilities Board approved the revised water and wastewater rates. Council
subsequently gave third reading to By-law No. 100-04-24 on September 8, 2026. The revised rates will take effect
October 1, 2026.
The approved water and wastewater rates are outlined in the table below.
