## MUNICIPALITY OF TWO BORDERS
## BY-LAW NO. 131/2025
Being a By-Law of the Municipality of Two Borders to amend the Municipality of Two Borders Zoning By-Law No. 89/2022, as amended.
WHEREAS Section 80(1) of the Planning Act provides as follows:
- An amendment to a zoning by-law may be initiated by
- (a) the board or council; or (b) the
- (b) the owner of the affected property, or a person authorized in writing by the owner,
- through an application to the board or council.
AND WHEREAS the council of the Municipality of Two Borders deem it expedient and in the best interest of the corporation to amend the Municipality of Two Borders Zoning By-Law No. 89/2022, as amended.
NOW THEREFORE the council of the Municipality of Two Borders, in meeting duly assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Table 14: Land-Uses - Permitted, Conditional and Accessory is hereby amended making Mobile Homes or Mobile Units a conditional use within Agricultural General (AG), Agricultural Limited (AL), the Rural Residential First Density (R1), Rural Residential Second Density (R2) and Rural Residential (RR) Zoning Districts.
