TOWN OF NEEPAWA
BY-LAW NO. 3103
BEING A BY-LAW OF THE TOWN OF NEEPAWA TO ESTABLISH FEES PAYABLE TO THE TOWN OF NEEPAWA
FOR CERTAIN MUNICIPAL SERVICES.
WHEREAS Section 263(3) of Division 2 of Part 9 of The Municipal Act provides as follows:
263(3) On payment of a fee that the Council may set by by-law, the Chief Administrative Officer must provide a copy of a
record to which access has been provided for under subsection (1) or (2);
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Neepawa deems it advisable to set fees and charges payable to the
Town for certain services;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Neepawa in open session assembled hereby enacts as follows:
1. THAT the fees and charges payable to the Town of Neepawa shall be set out in the Schedule "A" which is
attached to and forms part of this By-Law.
2. THAT Council may from time to time, by resolution amend Schedule "A" attached to this By-Law.
3. THAT this By-Law shall be known as THE FEES AND CHARGES BY-LAW.
4. THAT By-Law No. 2934 be repealed
DONE AND PASSED as a By-Law of the Town of Neepawa by the Council thereof in open session in Neepawa,

SCHEDULE "A" TO BY-LAW NO. 3103
1. PHOTOCOPIES of tax statements, water bills, receipts
invoices, account summaries
$ 1.00 PER ACCOUNT
2. FEES CHARGEABLE FOR PHOTOCOPYING SHALL BE:
a. Information required to be provided under
The Municipal Act, eg. By-Laws, Minutes, etc.
$5.00 Service Charge and .25 cents per page.
b. General Information and File Contents
$5.00 Service Charge and .25 cents per page.
c. Copy of the Elector's Roll
If the Council so provides by resolution, surplus copies
of the list of electors may be sold to persons provided
for in the resolution who certify in writing that they
require the list for a political purpose, or for federal or
provincial electoral purposes and only on any terms as
to payment that the resolution provides.
