PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice of Change in Wallace-Woodworth Utility Rates
The R.M. of Wallace-Woodworth applied to the Public Utilities Board for revised water and wastewater
rates for the Wallace-Woodworth Water and Wastewater Utility, as set out in By-Law No. 06-2024,
read the first time on November 14, 2024, and the second time on July 8, 2025.
The Public Utilities Board approved revised rates in Board Order No. 114/26 as shown below. By-Law
No. 06-2024 has received third reading on August 11, 2026, and the approved rates effective July 1,
2026, will appear on water and wastewater billings mailed at the beginning of October 2026.
