standards No person shall permit premises to be unsightly by allowing ashes, junk, rubbish, refuse, wood shavings, derelict vehicles/machinery, or dilapidated buildings; nor permit vacant/structurally unsound buildings hazardous to public safety. s. 131(1), 131(2), 131(3)
enforcement By-law enforcement officer may issue written notice; if not complied with, municipality may clean up, repair, or demolish at owner's cost, which becomes a debt and lien on the property. s. 132(1), 137(1), 137(3)
