All building permits shall include a basic permit fee of $25.00 with an additional permit fee of $5.00 per $1000 of
construction value calculated as follows:

PROPERTY WILL BE PLACED ON SNB'S LAND GAZETTE FOR BY-LAW NONCOMPLIANCE AND REMAIN THERE UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE
PROPERTY IS BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE.
