scout note
Caveat: enacted before New Brunswick's Building Code Administration Act regime; building by-laws that do not conform ceased to have effect on 2023-01-01, when the provincial General Regulation began to apply, so this by-law may no longer be fully in force. Hanwell rural community building by-law: adopts the National Building Code, appoints building inspectors, requires development and building permits, sets permit fees ($25 plus $5 per $1,000 of estimated cost) and minimum-value estimates per m2. Third reading and enactment January 18, 2015.
