Westmorland-Albert Planning Area regulation caps fence height at 2.5m in Residential zones and 3m in any other zone. On a corner lot, a fence, sign, hedge, shrub or tree in the sight-triangle (6m from the street intersection) can't exceed 0.75m-2.5m. Swimming pools must be enclosed by a fence/wall/combination at least 1.5m high.
