In the Town of Rothesay, New Brunswick, traffic & streets rules are set by Rothesay Traffic By-law (By-law No. 3-03), verified 2026-09-27. Fines: not less than $100 nor more than $125; voluntary payments $25 and $50; conviction fine $125. Default speed limit: 40 kilometres per hour. Truck route rule: Commercial vehicles over two axles or >10,000 kg registered gross vehicle mass shall not use any highway except a truck route.
