In the Town of Shediac, New Brunswick, fences & pool enclosures rules are set by Town of Shediac Zoning By-law Z-14-44 (Consolidated May 2021), verified 2026-09-27. Max height front: 0.75 metres within the required front or flankage yard (except chain link fences in Commercial, Commercial and Manufacturing or Institutional zones). Max height rear side: 2 metres in any Residential zone; 2.5 metres in any other zone.
