Fences may not exceed 1.5m along a street line or 2m elsewhere in a Residential Zone; outdoor pools must be completely enclosed by a fence/structure barrier at least 1.5m high with openings no larger than 10cm and a self-closing, self-latching gate; new commercial/industrial uses next to residential must provide a 5m buffer with a fence or hedge/tree screen.
