The following is published in accordance with Section 113 of the Towns and Local
Service Districts Act. At a regular meeting of Council held
January 21, 2026, the following rates were adopted for 2026.
2026 Pro Tax
Residential 7.25Mils (S$ 550.00 minimum)
Commercial 8.75Mils (S 550.00 minimum)
Vacant Land $ 275.00/yr
2026 Water & Sewer Rates
Water Rate $ 250.00/yr
Sewer Rate $ 75.00/yr
Residential Apartments (water& sewer) S$ 325/yr
Commercial Water rate $ 375/yr or as established by Council
under Sec 132 Towns and Local Service
Districts Act.
Vacant Land Water Rate $ 50.00/yr
Vacant Land Sewer Rate $ 25.00/yr
