Regulation 67 (Urban Agriculture): poultry or livestock may be kept on a residential lot with Council approval; Council may limit the number kept to reduce impacts on neighbours. Associated structures/greenhouses need a 3m setback from the main building and from side/rear lot lines, and must comply with NL Agriculture livestock/poultry environmental guidelines.
